OUR TOP TIP FOR A GREAT START TO YOUR HOLIDAY HERE?

Book your holiday food shopping on line and have it delivered to your holiday home, say 2 hours after your planned arrival time.

A. We accept bookings for mainstream visitors also. As we only advertise in specialist magazines and web sites for those with special needs, by far the majority of our visitors are from these communities.

A. We will always do our best to meet everyone’s needs. However, we have to be realistic and we must always consider the safety of all our guests, so there can be exceptional occasions when we must advise that this may not be a suitable venue for everyone. For example, if you need to have locked rooms or padded rooms, I am afraid we must respectfully say no.

A. Check-in time is between 4pm and 6pm and check-out time is 9.30am.

A. The pool is heated to a very comfortable 30ºC and we use chlorine for hygiene control. The pool hygiene is monitored daily.

A. We book the pool out to you on a daily basis for your private use. We agree the times each day to suit your personal holiday diary. We do not have a lifeguard on permanent duty; you are responsible for the safety of our party during private use. We do however, had a strict safety regime in place. This is centred on controlled and planned access to the pool. The big benefit of this approach is that you have the luxury of your own pool, exclusively for the use of your family or group.

A. Once you have contracted us to make a booking (either by ‘phone or via the website), we will send you a confirmation invoice. This details the deposit required (25%), which needs to be paid by return to confirm the booking.

When your deposit has been received, an acknowledgement will be sent together with details of your final payment, which will be due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

When we receive your final payment, again we will send you an acknowledgement together with a pre-arrival questionnaire. This allows us to set up your holiday house to meet your precise needs (for example “remove breakables” etc).

A. Your confirmation invoice will contain our bank details and payment can be made either by on-line bank transfer or by cheque.

To avoid any risk of card fraud (and data storage and compliance issues), we do not accept card payments.

A. As we are just a small team, and we acknowledge every individual payment, we respectfully ask that you make just two payments as described above.
