The Thomas Centre is very close to the popular Lincolnshire coast and is situated just 5 miles (as the crow flies) from the beaches at Donna Nook.
Atlantic Grey Seals
Our nearest coastal area is Donna Nook, now famous for one of the largest seal colonies in the UK. Last year over 1,200 seal cubs were born on the beach between the end of October and the end of December and a viewing area is open during this period
Nature Reserves
Natural history abounds in this region, with lots of local nature trails, plenty of fishing and endless opportunities for bird watchers on our coastal paths. The largest in our area occupies over 5 miles of coast line and covers a huge area in land.
