A Thomas Centre Holiday is for people of all ages, from young to old.

We have put together a full selection of local activities, to help you plan your trip in detail before you arrive. This is especially important for those people with additional needs who like to know what they will be doing on a day to day basis.

Our 21 things to do nearby is designed  to provide a “pick and mix” solution to suit the needs of your group and make up a “tailor-made” time plan. Local attractions include:

  • Many beaches
  • Amusement parks
  • Horse riding and a seal sanctuary
  • Steam trains
  • “The Deep” Aquarium

Once you’ve made your selection we can provide you with journey and activity times, the cost and website details.

After a hard days play, why not stop off on your way home to collect a fish and chip supper!

Most importantly there is acres of open space.

There is plenty of space and activities to enjoy, without leaving The Thomas Centre:

  • There is space to relax, to walk and talk, to run and play.
  • A huge play barn to enjoy a game of pool or table tennis or skittles in.
  • A football pitch and Go-Kart track (pedal not motorised!)
  • A private, indoor, heated swimming pool.

Our third visit to The Thomas Centre, we really enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the on site facilities, particularly the pool and go karts!
